HEXXEE Club stores the details a member gives us: name, email, home store, city, social handles, discount code, mission submissions, and the store credit we owe them. Order totals come from Shopify when a code is used. Profile updates and events can be sent to Klaviyo. Login emails go out through Resend.

Members can download that record from their profile, and can ask us to delete it. Deletion removes the personal details, turns off the discount code, and keeps the anonymous ledger lines we need for the books. Commission records stay without a name or email.

The finished notice must name the controller, the lawful basis, how long data is kept, who it is shared with (Shopify, Klaviyo, Resend, the host), and how to complain to the ICO. A lawyer writes that. This page does not.
